Union for hashing SDL_Events.

Data Fields
Uint8	values [4]
	Data values. byte 0 is event->type, 1-3 vary.
Uint16	lvalues [2]
	16-bit data values. some datatypes need 16-bits.
Uint32	hash
	The hashed value obtained.
